BUYING PROCESS

1. Submit your Bid using the supplied Bid Submission Form by the Bid Submission Deadline date and time

2. Bidders will be notified within 24 hours after the Bid Submission Deadline if their Bid was the High Bid

3. High Bidder will be invoiced at High Bid Price plus the applicable Buyer’s Premium to arrive at Purchase Price

4. Buyer makes wire transfer

5. Sale documents are fully executed by Buyer and Seller, funds are transferred to Seller and transaction is completed
